Pancrete & V570 Unit #4

This unit had mold on the fan and was severely rusted. We used Fast Attack HVAC System Sanitizer to kill the mold. We removed the flaking rust, and then treated the area with Clean Bond. We rolled V570 to all treated rusted surfaces. We poured a ¼ inch layer of Pancrete in condensate pan. Insulation in fan plenum was treated with BIOFLEX Fungicidal Protective Coating, and Astro-Foil was pin welded in plenums before cold coil.

How we cut our access holes

Here you can see that we make a clean access hole for cleaning, and then Hepa vacuum with a horse hair brush that will not destroy the fiber glass insulation. We then put a new panel.

How to mix Pancrete

This video shows us mixing it back and forth 20 times and then applying to the cooler pan. As you can see it flows under the metal in the pan. The white is V570. This is part of the Pancrete family line of products.
