We at RLC Labs, Incorporated are pleased to recommend Mr. Kevin Uilkie and his team to anyone in need of any or all of the services his company provides. We recently used K.M. Facility Services perform duct cleaning, A/C cleaning, Dust Collector cleaning and rust removal. K.M. brought out their large trailer containing their “soda/sand blasting equipment” to remove all of the rust and corrosion then applied a product called, V570 sealant over the entire inside of our systems to protect them from rust and corrosion in the future.

On another occasion, we had K.M. decontaminate our facility from iodine gases and other corrosive materials.

One of the most professional gestures was seen after Mr. Uilkie arrived at our facility and surveyed our needs; he was proactive in providing us with names and contacts of others who could help us take care of other items of which we had need.

We have used K.M. Facility Services for over eight years in different facilities throughout the valley. He has always exceeded our expectations.
